MVNA is thrilled at the momentum gained this year with the Halloween festivities in Moon Valley! Everyone knows what a special time the Holiday Season is in Moon Valley with the well-established traditions of the Christmas Lights Contest and Luminaries and we hope that the 13 Homes of Halloween Contest can grow to the same magnitude.
